As our next Landscaper, you'll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. In this role, you’ll maintain and enhance lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas to ensure properties remain healthy, attractive, and functional. You'll take ownership of assigned work areas, operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively, and help maintain outdoor spaces that support the appearance, safety, and overall quality of our customers' properties.
The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. - Safety & Inspection:
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment in accordance with company standards. Ensure all safety features are operational before beginning route. - Execution:
Review assigned routes thoroughly prior to departure. Be proactive in asking clarifying questions if the route or expectations are unclear. Complete assigned jobs within the allotted timeframe while maintaining expected quality and attention to detail. - Equipment Operation:
Operate equipment safely and efficiently at all times, following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and site‑specific protocols. Exercise additional caution during inclement weather or challenging site conditions. - Material Handling:
Handle materials safely and securely;
Apply correct procedures for material types and disposal sites. - Reporting:
Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soon as safely possible. Immediately elevate opportunities, work issues, or safety concerns to management. - Professional Communication:
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company on job sites or in public areas. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed. - Compliance & Documentation:
