We start around $19, with a path to $27-35/hour for leads and $40-50+/hour on the operator track. Our longest-tenured employee cleared $100K last year

• After hours (6pm - 9pm) work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Perform professional commercial cleaning of a school in Walterboro
• Follow clear checklists and quality standards (training is provided)
• Work independently or as part of small teams
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and clients
• Take pride in producing quality work consistently
• For those on the advancement track: take on leadership responsibility, run crews, and potentially move toward operating a service business

No prior commercial cleaning experience is required. Paid training is provided on the job. Advancement is based on performance rather than tenure, so willingness to learn and demonstrated reliability matter more than prior background.
