We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to keep a fast-moving distribution operation one step ahead - developing technicians, improving reliability, and keeping automated equipment performing at its best.
Where You'll Make an Impact- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance
- Support conveyors and automated material handling systems
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
- Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and performance
- Champion safety and continuous improvement
- Maintenance leadership in warehouse or distribution operations
- Knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on leadership skills
- Automated distribution center knowledge is a plus
