- Serve as a Maintenance Director at a Genesis center and occasionally provide maintenance consulting services to other Genesis centers.
- Maintain building free of hazards and perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
- Provide supervision of the maintenance department; including orientation for new staff.
- Operate on the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory and daily tasks.
- Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize the potential for hazards.
- Maintain required records and budget plans.
- Remain on‑call for emergencies 24/7.
- Recommend repair of the physical plant, equipment, and grounds.
- Suggest life safety code corrections.
- Obtain and/or review estimates for repairs and renovations of the physical plant and stationary equipment.
- Provide input into capital and operating budgets.
- Conduct audits to ensure preventative maintenance programs are being adhered to.
- High school degree or equivalent; related technical school degree and/or five years' experience in physical plant repairs, maintenance, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in management and training of maintenance personnel.

Posted Salary Range: USD $27.00 – USD $30.00 /Hr.
