Salary Range: $84,200 - $105,200 (determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).
Work Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 7am – 4pm with flexibility for operational needs. Shift pattern: 5‑2‑2‑5; 1 month days/1 month nights; 6:00‑6:00.

About the Role
:
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Lake Norden, SD who will plan and organize the work of the maintenance staff to achieve and maintain efficient operation of the facility and all equipment.
- Responsible for daily facility maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Prioritize and schedule necessary maintenance equipment and activities based on PM schedule and/or production need.
- Monitor and measure staff work to ensure quality and pursue continuous improvement.
- Plan, schedule, and direct external contractors in the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Work with management and other departments to implement equipment changes, staffing adjustments, and maintenance support needs.
- Maintain spare parts and inventory.
- Responsible for department budget and cost reduction activities.
- Plan and assign specific work to maintenance mechanics and support personnel for all shifts.
- May be involved in building renovations; ensure that renovations occur within budgeted levels and conform to company specifications.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be added as management deems necessary.
- Minimum five (5) years facility/maintenance experience in food production environment or manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in Instrumentation Controls preferred.
- Experience with forklift repair required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
