Maintenance Coordinator

Since 50 years, Cryolor designs, manufactures, and markets transport and storage equipment for liquefied gases at low temperatures. These materials and associated services concern air gases, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, pure gases, hydrogen, helium, liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethylene, and crylene.

What will be your contribution and how will you thrive in this position?

In the context of a replacement, we are looking for a maintenance coordinator. Placed under the authority of the maintenance manager, the maintenance coordinator supports them in the organization, follow-up, and progress of maintenance interventions. They work closely with all Cryolor services and manage external contractors on the maintenance activity. They represent the maintenance service to the Cryolor organization. In compliance with safety rules, your main responsibilities will be the following:
Follow and plan regulatory controls in connection with the file of general periodic visits. Contact external companies and plan their interventions. Manage the planned maintenance projects for external companies (pricing, safety, preparation of the site, supervision of external companies) Perform prevention plans for external companies Ensure the follow-up of troubleshooting via a file of intervention requests Be responsible for safety before, during, and after its interventions (risk of co-activity) Order specific parts and ensure continuity of supply (no disruption that would impact production) Carry out exits of parts in our ERP BaaN Follow and plan level 2 and 3 maintenance interviews with external companies Keep intervention reports up to date Management of the Maintenance Activity:
Carry out QRQC for the most impactful breakdowns (to be specified) Carry out team AICs Represent the maintenance service at AICPs Provide for production stops for curative maintenance Propose and carry out improvements to installations

You hold a diploma level Bac+2 (BEP with BAC experience) technical or have significant experience in the field of industrial maintenance.

You have a successful first experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.

You have very good specific knowledge in the fields of low and high voltage electricity.

You have knowledge in mechanics, sheet metal work, heating, air conditioning, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, electronics, and building.

You master computer and office tools.

You show initiative, rigor, and organization.

You are able to communicate and listen to your internal and external clients.
