USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Performs general custodial duties such as replacing ceiling tiles, hanging pictures, moving furniture and equipment, emptying trash, washing windows.;
Performs grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming trees and shrubs, and picking up trash.;
Performs quarters cleaning and assists with preventive maintenance and repairs; cleans work areas after repairs or renovations.;
Operates cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and shampooers; vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors.;
Maintains floors (concrete, sheet vinyl, carpet) and cleans assigned areas as directed.
