Avera Health - - Responsibilities:
Perform building inspections and maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance;
Perform basic carpentry and facility maintenance tasks such as painting, remodeling, and fixture upkeep;
Operate and maintain facility equipment and machines, including safety and PPE compliance;
Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules and keep logs and records;
Respond to facility emergencies and support safety inspections and drills
