• - Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to support operational needs
• - Collaborate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations

• - Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing setting
• - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• - Excellent leadership and team management skills
• - Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently
• - Familiarity with maintenance management software and CMMS systems
• - Strong organizational and planning abilities
• - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments
• - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
