Location: Lake Norden
Agropur is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support reliable, safe operations at our dairy manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and help minimize unplanned downtime. You will work closely with production and quality teams, following strict safety, GMP, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment in a dairy manufacturing facility
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
- Inspect, adjust, and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, and utilities systems
- Follow safety, food safety, and GMP standards in all maintenance activities
- Document maintenance work, parts usage, and equipment status in CMMS or logs
- Support equipment changeovers, installations, and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with production, quality, and sanitation teams to maintain equipment performance
- Participate in root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to lockout/tagout procedures
