NotesEmployees bidding on Facilities Operations Manager positions must set up an appointment with the building principal before the position closing. Verification must be received by the Operations Office PRIOR to the bid closing.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe position of the Custodian involves maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility; arranging satisfactory conditions for meetings, classroom activities, and events; and minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and Testing Required- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and evidence of insurability
