We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who enjoys taking ownership of their work and being part of a supportive, team-focused environment. This role is centered around general ledger activity, month-end close, and financial reporting, with opportunities to contribute to projects that help improve processes and support the overall financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement activity
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis for leadership
- Support compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Participate in accounting projects and process improvements
- Assist with budgeting support, audit preparation, and sales tax compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong general ledger, close, and financial reporting experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
