Miniat is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 3rd shift in South Holland, IL. The role focuses on in-process inspections and evaluating finished products to assure quality.
Responsibilities include material sampling, data analysis and documentation, adherence to GMP/HACCP and USDA regulations, and contribution to food safety programs. Requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, basic math, and MS Office skills;
Spanish is a plus.
