Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard all accounts within your portfolio.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor security personnel, including recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary/corrective actions.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed, including client site coverage emergencies.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other stakeholders to respond to security incidents effectively.
  • Meet with and be readily available for consistent correspondence with internal and external client Management teams.
  • Monitor security operations and respond promptly to any security emergencies.
  • Efficiently create schedules that maximize the talent of your security team while staying within the budgetary constraints of the account.
  • Monitor and submit accurate weekly payroll for your security team.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats and trends and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to security.
  • Oversee and manage all security operations and personnel.
  • Develop and deliver security training programs.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies during all hours.
  • Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
  • Manage security budgets and resources.
  • Conduct internal and external investigations relating to internal incidents and security breaches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all client partners.
  • Ensure the physical security of all company and client facilities.
  • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure the protection of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns.
  • Evaluate and improve existing security measures.
Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, and/or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • In‑depth knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Experience with security technologies and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and security audits.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Experience managing security budgets and resources.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies.
  • Experience with access control systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement security policies.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Education
  • College Degree (Associates or Above)
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Active PERC Card
  • Minimum of 1–2 years verifiable and successful Security Supervisor experience
