Industrial Maintenance Advance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join a well-established chemical production warehouse in the Channelview area. Will be responsible for all regular and preventative maintenance on production equipment. Essential duties and responsibilities include performing preventative/predictive maintenance to all production equipment as required, completing electrical and mechanical projects, initiating and completing all other jobs, projects and special assignments as directed by management, ensuring compliance of all company policies, maintaining compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and recommending measures to improve health and safety, working within a team environment and interacting with all areas of production effectively, repairing and replacing electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components such as motors, relays, timers, types of switches, and motor controls.

Mechanical aptitude/interest, a high degree of attention to detail, precision and follow through, and the ability to conceive and manage small projects are required. Minimum 3 years of experience with strong problem-solving skills is preferred. Pay $18.00-$25.00 hourly.
