What you'll do:

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs
• Manage preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate vendors and contractors
• Ensure building safety and regulatory compliance
• Assist with apartment turnovers and facility projects
• Respond to maintenance requests with a positive attitude
• Help keep our community beautiful inside and out

What we're looking for:

• General maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• A heart for seniors and a willingness to serve others
