CCMC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety for residents. You will perform daily upkeep, routine cleaning, and adherence to OSHA standards while maintaining supplies and equipment inventory.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of grounds maintenance experience, carpentry/handyman skills, and the ability to work after-hours and weekends. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.
