Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time or Part-Time, on-site role based in Utah. This role is responsible for performing routine and specialized cleaning tasks in commercial and residential facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal. Daily responsibilities may include cleaning windows, carpets, floors, restrooms, offices, common areas, and occasionally assisting with post-disaster clean-up under guidance. The Cleaning Specialist follows company safety standards, uses appropriate cleaning equipment and materials, and ensures that all assigned areas meet RBM’s cleanliness and quality expectations.
The role may involve working evenings or weekends depending on client needs and building schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial cleaning tasks and standards; ability to maintain offices, common areas, and facilities to professional specifications.
- Background in home or house cleaning, with attention to detail and care for varied surfaces and furnishings.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability in completing assigned tasks independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment and supplies as needed for the role.
- Prior experience in building services or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
