Compass Group - Up to $28.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs to building and grounds;
Conduct routine rounds of mechanical spaces and documents equipment readings as required;
Replace HVAC air filters per schedule;
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created;
Respond to emergency call-in situations
