PartTime Evening Janitorial Shift

Introduction:
We're a local, family-run business with a simple goal of keeping the community we serve, clean and healthy. With 4 decades of experience in the cleaning industry, many local governments and businesses rely on us to ensure their staff have tidy and clean working environments.

We are seeking a Janitor/Custodian to help us keep local government locations clean and safe for the community. As a member of our team, you can choose to work within a team setting, or individually. The position includes paid training and all necessary tools for you to perform necessary day-to-day general cleaning duties.

This position gives you a flexible start time after 6pm M-F. It is an ideal way to earn some extra money!

Pay & Perks:
This position pays $22 per hour at 16 hours per week, based on experience and work quality. We also provide you with:

*$1,600/month compensation is approximate and may vary based on pay period lengths, holidays, etc. This is not a salary position.

• Perform general cleaning duties such as cleaning restrooms, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, mopping floors, dusting, etc...
• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver s license and a snow capable vehicle
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
