The base hourly pay range is $20.54 - $39.10 per hour, and actual pay will vary based on experience, education, and other factors, making it a competitive compensation package.

• Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance on grooming equipment.
• Safely operate snow grooming machines.
• Groom slopes efficiently while ensuring skier safety.
• Maintain high-quality snow surfaces and recognize maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintenance personnel.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Punctuality and reliability.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior grooming experience is mandatory.

This role demands physical endurance as employees may occasionally lift up to 75 lbs, sit for extended periods, and work in extreme weather conditions. A strong ability for visual focus and spatial awareness is necessary for safe operation of grooming machines.

Exposure to outdoor weather, including extreme winter conditions, is part of the job.
