Cleaning Manager Trainees

Starting Pay: $17-$18/hour

Unit Manager Trainee – Full‑time evening position with career growth opportunity.

• Monday through Friday
• Start time between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional weekend coverage

• Travel between multiple customer locations to perform commercial cleaning duties
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and general facility cleaning
• Learn and follow commercial cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Develop leadership and problem‑solving skills while working with experienced managers and supervisors
• Support operational needs throughout your assigned coverage area
• Work closely with management while developing leadership skills

• Paid drive time between assignments
• Mileage reimbursement for travel exceeding 10 miles outside your assigned coverage area

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
