RPM Living is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager to maximize NOI by maintaining the property to RPM standards within budget. You will drive resident satisfaction by prompt, safe, and efficient repairs and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
Ideal candidates will have EPA certification, prior multifamily maintenance experience, and supervisory exposure, with strong familiarity in managing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
