The Delivery Driver and Repair Technician Hybrid is a full-time, on-site role located in Naperville, IL. This position is responsible for safely delivering coffee products and equipment to customers, ensuring accurate orders, timely deliveries, and professional on-site interactions. The role includes performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on coffee equipment at customer locations and within the facility, following established procedures and safety standards.

Day-to-day tasks involve loading and unloading products, documenting deliveries and service work, and coordinating schedules with the sales, operations, and customer service teams. The individual in this role also supports inventory handling, participates in training on equipment and safety, and helps uphold Napco’s quality and service standards during every customer visit.

Company delivery/repair vehicle and fuel provided.

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to interact professionally with clients, address inquiries, and represent Napco brands positively.
• Experience in Training and Food & Beverage environments to understand product handling, equipment use, and safety best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles for local deliveries.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to lift and move packages and equipment as required, and to work safely in warehouse and customer environments.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail in documentation, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in delivery, logistics, or technical service is preferred
