Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reportingunsafe situations to Management;
Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Provide a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of recyclables in accordance with Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals in proper containers, and place orders to replenish supplies when low;
