Maintenance Supervisor

Nxt Property Management is looking for someone to join our amazing team at Townhomes at Mountain Ridge Apartments as a Maintenance Supervisor
! We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to take care of the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community while supervising your team. Someone who can see the vision and has the passion to want to improve the community and way of living for our residents. Bilingual is a plus!

You will work with a dedicated team of Maintenance Technicians and Property Leaders to take care of and better your community. You will monitor the community daily, looking for maintenance and facility related needs in all areas of the property. Light groundskeeping is also part of the job. Every day you will work hard to better the living conditions of our residents and keep the property up to standard.

• A competitive pay rate of $30-31
  /hour depending on experience PLUS bonus potential

• 12 months of maintenance experience
• 6+ months of supervisor experience
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• General computer knowledge
