JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Supervisor oversees the daily maintenance and repair of the agency’s Resource Centers, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role ensures appropriate staffing levels for day and swing shifts and supervises custodial, maintenance, and warehouse staff, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training.
The Facilities Supervisor ensures that all cleaning, maintenance, inventory control, and related facility operations are completed in alignment with agency procedures and through a Trauma-Informed Care lens. This role coordinates services completed by onsite staff and by contracted providers such as Advantage Services. The Supervisor also oversees warehouse operations, including inventory management and accountability for tools and partnership with the Facilities Manager, the Supervisor helps develop policies and procedures for facility operations and maintenance.
This position attends weekly meetings with the Facilities Manager and meets bi-weekly with custodial staff to support communication, consistency, and team development.
