• Responsible for performing vehicle repairs with oversight
• Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
• Utilizes software, apps, programs
• Collaborate with key internal and external partners
• Manages processes, projects
• Creates/Develops processes, projects, products

• Entry level position with no required experience
• Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
• Minimum tools needed for the job.
• 3/8" and ½" impact wrench
• Sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths.
• Oil Filter wrenches and tools
• TPMS tool - reset tire sensors
• Combo wrenches
• Screwdrivers
• Must have a valid driver's license
• [Level of Degree] in [Discipline], preferred/required
• Moderate/Expert proficiency in [Field, Software, Skill]

• The hourly rate/wage for this role is $23.54 per hour.
• Overtime Pay:
  Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday Pay:
  Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay:
  Granted up to 48 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
• Profit Sharing:
