Position: Gate Concierge CPT

Job Type: Permanent, Full‑Time
Location: Hout Bay, Western Cape, South Africa (City of Cape Town)

Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the gate
- Assist guests with luggage and belongings
- Provide information about the property and local area
- Manage guest arrivals and departures
- Ensure security protocols are followed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer‑facing role preferred
Knowledge and Skills- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Certification in hospitality or tourism management
- Experience with guest services software
- Indoor and outdoor work environment
- Shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
