Requirement

• Tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field.
• At least 5 years experience as a Reservations Manager.
• Previous experience at a luxury establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of revenue management strategies and systems.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when require

Role

• Oversee daily reservations operations and ensure accurate, efficient handling of all bookings.
• Manage and train the reservations team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maximize room revenue through effective rate and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using Protel Air or similar systems.
• Handle VIP and special bookings with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize occupancy and guest experience
