Monarch Southbury seeks a Maintenance Associate to help keep the community safe, clean, and comfortable. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, service equipment, and prepare apartments for move-ins, while engaging residents with respect and confidentiality.
You will respond to service requests, handle light electrical and carpentry tasks, monitor facilities, and ensure OSHA-compliant handling of chemicals. This role supports the Maintenance Director during drills and emergencies.
