The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities at the Greenville, Ohio site. This role ensures maintenance work is completed safely, correctly, and timely to support 24/7 production assets.
Maintenance is critical to the site meeting business and financial obligations. The maintenance scheduler serves as a key integrator between maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors to align maintenance execution with operational goals.
Your day-to-day:- Coordinating all contractor maintenance activities, including scheduling, access, and execution.
- Developing weekly and long-term maintenance schedules aligned with production and operational needs.
- Ensuring work orders are fully prepared with required materials, labor, tools, and permits.
- Monitoring schedule adherence and adjusting plans for emergent or high-priority work.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in SAP.
- Communicating schedules, priorities, and plant impacts effectively to stakeholders.
- Identifying and executing improvement opportunities in maintenance workflow and execution to improve safety, cost, and efficiency.
- Reducing waste and driving continuous improvement in the maintenance department.
- Are a High school graduate
- Have strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Have 3+ years in maintenance coordination or scheduling
- Have an understanding of chemical process equipment and maintenance practices
- Have effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Have strong SAP maintenance module knowledge
