A Facilities Coordinator to support the day to day maintenance and operations of its buildings and grounds. This hands on role works with modern facilities tools, shipping systems, and maintenance equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and professional environment. What You'll Do…

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance of interior and exterior building spaces
• Develop and manage a preventative maintenance routine for daily and weekly tasks
• Complete light maintenance including painting, patching, minor plumbing repairs, and changing light fixtures
• Coordinate and oversee vendors for building repairs, maintenance, and outsourced projects
• Respond to employee requests for facilities support and assistance
• Maintain grounds including mowing, trimming, and snow removal during winter months
• Monitor and adjust HVAC systems and schedule required inspections and servicing
• Receive, log, and distribute shipments at the loading dock using appropriate equipment
• Sort, prepare, and ship daily mail and UPS packages using World Ship and Campus Ship software
• Maintain mailroom, loading dock, and storage organization
• Perform courier duties using a company vehicle for local and occasional out of state deliveries
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly facilities checklists
• Safely handle and transport sealed confidential materials as required

Salary Range for this role is $47,008-$63,606 per year
