Job Description
We are seeking a Housecleaning Trainer to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.
Responsibilities- Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations
- Demonstrate step by step all cleaning solutions and equipment
- Train new employees to our cleaning standards
- Inspect work of new employees in the field
- Report daily to staff manager on trainees progress
- Previous training experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Positive and empathetic mannerism toward people
- Overall people person and team player
