Stay in the dining room and immediately clean tables as they get up according to Stix's procedure.

Make sure tables, chairs and condiment containers are disinfected after each use.

Sweep under each table after it is cleaned, and spot sweep throughout the dining room during service.

Clean up spills as needed and help keep the dining room and kitchen safe. Restock guest restrooms and keep them spotless.

Keep the exterior of the restaurant clean by sweeping the parking lot and maintaining the flower beds.

Change light bulbs and clean windows inside and out.

Perform rigorous cleaning and maintenance duties and physically demanding work.

Perform job duties that are dirty. Complete maintenance duties that may require ladders like changing air filters and dusting crown moldings, etc.

Take out trash, break down boxes and maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster area.

Assist fellow team members as needed. Follow all policies and food safety procedures.

Complete opening, running, and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties.
