Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned;
Complete routine maintenance requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner;
Repair wall/floor coverings, furniture and fixtures, basic plumbing, minor electrical work, appliances, and refurbishing projects;
Assist with heating and air systems, refrigeration, carpet and hard surface maintenance, and make-ready rooms as assigned;
Be on call if needed and respond to emergency repairs outside scheduled hours
