Facilities/Maintenance Worker (MHIII)

We are seeking a reliable Facilities/Maintenance Worker (MHIII) to support daily operations in our warehouse environment. This role is ideal for individuals with well-rounded maintenance and handyman skills, as you will contribute to both cleaning and basic repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Clean bathrooms, breakroom, offices, and other facility areas
• Remove trash from breakroom and warehouse areas (forklift operation required)
• Sweep warehouse floors
• Handle minor repairs, basic carpentry, plumbing, and simple electrical work
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Able to perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties
• Experience with basic carpentry, plumbing, and simple electrical repairs
• Comfortable operating a forklift (certification preferred, or training provided)
• General handyman abilities; proactive and able to address facilities issues as they arise
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Additional Requirements:

• Background check and drug test required prior to employment

Schedule & Compensation:

• Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Rate of pay: $21.00 per hour
