Crew Lead Janitor - AM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full‑time Crew Lead Night Janitor for the night shift in Fort McCoy Sparta WI to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our facility clean and orderly. Pay Rate: $18.20 per hour.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm.

Location:

Fort McCoy, Sparta WI.

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• High School diploma or G.E.D. (helpful but not required)
• 1+ years of janitorial experience
• Supervisory experience is helpful but not required
• Driver's License: regular license in IL, WI, OH, SC; or Class E in MO
• Must pass criminal background check and various State and Federal registry checks
• Must pass DCFS Abuse and Neglect Tracking System check
• Must pass driving history check and meet Company policy criteria
• Must be 21 or older to drive, maintain a valid driver’s license and company van usage
