Maintenance Technician Apartment Complex

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at an apartment complex in Spartanburg, SC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, handling repairs, and ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment and facilities. Additional responsibilities include responding to tenant maintenance requests, inspecting units, and collaborating with management to address maintenance priorities.

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or experience in property maintenance are beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification is a preferred qualification
