Location: Spearfish, SD
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | On-Call as Needed

Are you a hands‑on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability, equipment performance, and the development of a high‑performing maintenance team.

• Lead all plant maintenance operations to maximize uptime, safety, and productivity
• Build, coach, and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM)
• Oversee CMMS management, work orders, scheduling, and equipment reliability initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Partner with production and leadership teams to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices

• 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• 7+ years of technical maintenance leadership experience
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and solve complex problems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
