Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | On-Call as Needed
Are you a hands‑on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability, equipment performance, and the development of a high‑performing maintenance team.
What You'll Do- Lead all plant maintenance operations to maximize uptime, safety, and productivity
- Build, coach, and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM)
- Oversee CMMS management, work orders, scheduling, and equipment reliability initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Partner with production and leadership teams to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices
- 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
- 7+ years of technical maintenance leadership experience
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and solve complex problems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Lead a critical function in a growing manufacturing operation

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
