Advance Services Inc - 2512 Highway Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility by cleaning offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and other common areas;
Perform outdoor grounds maintenance including snow removal, tree trimming, lawn care, and general property upkeep;
Complete routine building maintenance tasks, dispose of trash, replenish supplies, and assist with seasonal groundskeeping responsibilities;
Work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety;
Perform additional custodial and grounds maintenance duties as assigned
