Aventure Staffing is seeking a Custodian/Groundskeeper in Spencer, IA. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 6am–5pm, paying $18.75 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning offices and restrooms, tree trimming, and maintaining outdoor areas.
Equipment such as skid loaders and forklifts may be used. Overtime is available and benefits are offered. Candidates should be reliable, able to work independently or with a team, and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.
