Immediately Seeking! Custodian/Groundskeeper - Spencer, Iowa

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:00 am - 5:00 pm $18.75/hr

Job Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility by cleaning offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Perform outdoor grounds maintenance including snow removal, tree trimming, lawn care, and general property upkeep.
• Complete routine building maintenance tasks, dispose of trash, replenish supplies, and assist with seasonal groundskeeping responsibilities.
• Work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Perform additional custodial and grounds maintenance duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or groundskeeping experience is preferred.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment, snow removal equipment, and other maintenance tools is preferred.
