Maintenance | $20/hr and up Depending on Experience Monday
- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F

Aventure Staffing is looking for a Maintenance Worker. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, clean, functional, and well-presented community housing properties. The role involves completing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general property upkeep while providing respectful and professional services.

• Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, cleaning
• General upkeep, mow lawns, rake, snow removal
• Provide excellent customer service
• Accurately document work performed work order, including parts and resident charges in YARDI
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist
• Document needed services and repairs in YARDI
• Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to “make-ready” status and document in YARDI
• Drive to other properties in NW Iowa

• Experience in apartment maintenance and light construction
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Computer experience required
• Exerting up to 80-100 pounds of force on occasion up to 30 pounds frequently
• May require extended hours during peak periods
• Will need to be available for travel
• Must provide proof of liability insurance and valid driver’s license for same.

• Starting Pay: $20/hr and up Depending on Experience
• Paid Every Friday! Direct Deposit and/or Paycard Available
