Join our team as a Maintenance Foreman and take charge of keeping our facility in top shape! You’ll lead a skilled crew, coordinate daily maintenance operations, and ensure all equipment and systems run efficiently. If you’re hands‑on, organized, and love solving problems in a fast‑paced environment, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support the maintenance crew – assign tasks, track progress, and provide training and guidance
- Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or equipment issues
- Manage work orders and maintenance records through our electronic system
- Ensure proper use, care, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas
- Handle general repairs, carpentry, and emergency maintenance as needed
- Order and estimate materials for facility projects and repairs
- Maintain clean and safe exterior areas, including parking lots and walkways
- Assist with R&D and special projects as assigned
- Age 21+ and High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or general labor preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environmental conditions
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, work order systems)
- Competitive $23/hour pay
