What does the Maintenance Director do?

Want your facilities and maintenance/construction experience to matter? To really and truly impact people? This is it. In the Maintenance Director role, you will be providing maintenance services to the building, apartments, equipment, and grounds of our assisted living community. In short, you oversee the care center/community to ensure it is safe for all.

In this job, everyday, you will.

Education & Experience you need to qualify:

You will need a Vocational or Trade School degree in general maintenance or three years of experience in carpentry, electrical or painting work. Experience with budgets helpful. A valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
