Maintenance Technician – Hourly Salary: $20.00‑$22.00 – Full‑Time – Stonecrest & Westminster – Spokane, WA

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day‑to‑day maintenance and upkeep of our community. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality work while maintaining a safe and well‑maintained environment for our residents.

• Assist with apartment make‑ready procedures
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings
• Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Available or on‑call for after‑hours emergencies when assigned

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Previous experience in property maintenance preferred
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching
• Minor appliance skills
• General knowledge about building equipment
• Ability to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty parts
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs – change garbage disposals and replace faucets
• Handle service calls in a timely manner
• Good safety habits
• Own and maintain your own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and contract laborers working on the property
