Hourly Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 (Full‑time)

At Coast Property Management we build careers. In this role you will support the day‑to‑day maintenance and upkeep of our community, delivering quality work while maintaining a safe environment for residents.

• Assist with apartment make‑ready procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds and buildings
• Perform repairs or replacements as necessary with Supervisor approval
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Be available or on‑call for after‑hours emergencies when assigned

• Excellent judgment and the ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions
• Prior experience in property maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of painting and drywall patching
• Minor appliance repair skills
• General understanding of building equipment
• Ability to identify deficiencies and troubleshoot faulty parts
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs (e.g., changing garbage disposals, replacing faucets)
• Prompt response to service calls
• Strong safety habits
• Own and maintain personal tools
• Reliable transportation
• Good communication with residents, team members, and contract laborers
