As we expand our reach, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

• Keep the premises of the apartment community in clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with pool maintenance if needed.
• Assist with exterior maintenance.
• Assist with parking lot maintenance.
• Assist with appliance installation process.
• Assist with light duty service requests when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service and a helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
• Participate in an ongoing community improvement plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
• Conduct all business in accordance with Summerfield’s policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, OSHA, and all other Federal and State laws.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
• Good safety habits.
• Work Hours:
  
  40 hours per week with flexible work-week, including weekends.
• Basic computer skills with the willingness to learn Summerfield's computer systems.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
• May need to utilize personal transportation.
• Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
