Maintenance Technicians (Multiple Roles Available)

We are currently seeking skilled and dependable Maintenance Technicians to join our team. We have multiple openings across both industrial equipment maintenance and property/facilities maintenance

Position Overview

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient operation of equipment, buildings, and systems. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting overall facility operations.

Open roles may include:

  • Machine / Industrial Maintenance Technicians
  • Property / Facilities Maintenance Technicians
Key Responsibilities Equipment & Industrial Maintenance
  • Perform complex diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on facility equipment
  • Dismantle, repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery using blueprints and manuals
  • Fabricate parts and perform welding as needed
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve performance issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace that supports safety and quality standards
Property & Facilities Maintenance
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and fixture installation
  • Maintain property appearance, including daily upkeep of exterior areas and common spaces
  • Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate maintenance schedules for turnovers
  • Inspect and maintain safety systems (lighting, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, etc.)
  • Respond to work orders promptly and professionally
General Duties (All Roles)
  • Track and document maintenance work using a work order system
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, residents, or production staff
  • Coordinate with contractors and oversee quality of external work
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Follow all safety regulations, including OSHA standards
  • Support preventative maintenance programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance, mechanical systems, or facilities operations preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of systems and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or industrial systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
